Refund policy
I want to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase, and since all products are fulfilled by a third-party supplier, please carefully review the return and refund policy below.
Returns
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted for misprinted, damaged, or defective items. Any claims for these issues must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your product.
- Non-returnable items: Items that are not defective, such as size exchanges or buyer's remorse, cannot be returned as all products are made to order.
- Return Process: To initiate a return for a damaged or defective item, please email me at strainshowquestions@gmail.com with details of the issue and any relevant photos. I will work with the fulfillment partner to handle the return.
- Shipping Costs: For defective or damaged items, the shipping costs for returns will be covered by the fulfillment service. If the product is not eligible for return, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
Refunds
- Eligibility: Refunds will only be issued for products that are defective, damaged, or misprinted. Refunds will not be given for products that are returned due to incorrect sizing or buyer's remorse.
- Processing Time: If the return is approved, refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment. The refund timeline is subject to the processing times of the payment provider, typically within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
As products are made to order, exchanges for different sizes or colors cannot be accommodated. Please double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase.
