Order Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are processed and fulfilled through a third-party service (Printful), which handles production and shipping. Once you place an order, it will be sent to Printful for processing and production. Typically, orders are fulfilled within 2-7 business days. Please note that production times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

Shipping Times
Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Here are the estimated shipping times for different regions:

  • United States: 3-8 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days (varies by destination)

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping method and destination.

Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on the product weight, size, and destination. These fees are set to cover the cost of shipping and handling through Printful.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged in transit, please reach out to me at strainshowquestions@gmail.com with your order details. I will work with Printful to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a replacement.
